First, please check your spam or junk folder, as the email might have landed there. If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact our support team, and we’ll gladly resend your confirmation.
Kindly note that in some cases, it may take up to 8 hours for your booking confirmation email to arrive.
How do I make a reservation?
You can reserve a spot by clicking the “Book Now” button on our homepage or going directly to the product service page.
Do I need to create an account to book?
No, you can Book as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to manage your reservations more easily.
Will I receive a confirmation after booking?
Yes, you’ll receive an Email confirmation with your Booking details immediately after your reservation is complete.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Our site uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your data.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book up to 4 months in advance, depending on the service provider (Hotel).
What if the time slot I want is unavailable?
If your preferred time is unavailable, you can join our waitlist or choose the next available slot.
